Joel has worked with Cross & Crown for over 7 years, making him the company’s first employee. He specializes in web design and brand development, working closely with clients to help share their stories with their clients in innovative and creative ways. Joel helps oversee the creative team and manages the Cross & Crown brand.

Joel’s most rewarding work comes from working with businesses and non-profits, helping them to improve their brand and enhance their web presence. Joel earned his Art degree from Shippensburg University and is constantly looking for and learning about upcoming trends in design and branding.

Joel  lives in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania with his wife Jen and their pet rabbit, Jack and counts Nashville, Tennessee among his favorite cities to visit.
